The Liberated Mama Series is a culturally-rooted, 10-week group experience created specifically for Latina and femme-identified caretakers of Latin American ancestry. Together, we’ll explore motherhood, identity, and ancestral healing while unlearning oppressive narratives and reclaiming what’s ours.

What to Expect from the Liberated Mama Series

Start Date: September 2025
Format: Weekly 90-minute group sessions (virtual or hybrid, details provided at registration)
Group Size: Intentionally small for connection and support
Language: Bilingual welcome – sessions available in English & Spanglish
